This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") forms an integral part of our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Policy or the Terms of Service, please do not use the Fork mobile application or website, or any related services.
Your continued use of Fork and its Services implies acceptance of this Policy, which applies to all users downloading, accessing, or interacting with Fork.
1. What is Fork
Blue Fork Private Limited is a company registered in India under The Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in New Delhi, India. Operating under the brand name "Fork", it provides a mobile application and website that deliver financial intelligence, contract scanning, invoice processing, and brand campaign tools for content creators, managers, and brands. Fork operates the web domains https://fork.blue and https://app.fork.blue (collectively, the "Site").
2. Use of the Services
When you use Fork, you warrant that you will comply with this Policy and with all applicable laws. You also acknowledge that you may not:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from Fork to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from Fork.
- Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of Fork.
- Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead Fork and other users, especially in an attempt to learn sensitive account information such as passwords.
- Make improper use of Fork's support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
- Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks connected to them.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person.
- Use any information obtained from Fork in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Use the Services or the content provided therein for any commercial endeavor that directly competes with Fork.
- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising any part of the Services.
- Attempt to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services.
- Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any employees or agents of Fork.
- Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
- Copy or adapt Fork's software, including but not limited to HTML, JavaScript, source code, or other code.
- Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use of the platform.
- Use the Services to coordinate, facilitate, or promote any illegal activities.
- Discrimination on the basis of race, gender, caste, or financial status is strictly prohibited.
3. Contributions
In this Policy, the term "Contribution" means any data, agreements, contracts, brand campaign details, invoice information, software, text, code, music, sound, graphics, photos, videos, tags, messages, or other materials that you post, share, organize, or upload on Fork.
4. Breach of this Policy
Please report any Contribution that you believe breaches this Policy; however, Fork will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a Contribution is in breach. You warrant that:
- You are the creator and owner of the Contributions and have the necessary licences and permissions to authorize Fork to use them.
- All your Contributions comply with applicable laws and are original and true.
- Your Contributions do not infringe any proprietary or intellectual property rights of any third party.
- You have the written consent of each and every identifiable individual person in your Contributions to use their name or likeness.
- Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory.
5. Reporting a Breach
Fork is under no obligation to review or moderate the Contributions made by users and expressly excludes its liability for any loss or damage resulting from any breach of this Policy. If you consider that any Content or Contribution violates this Policy, please email us at founder@fork.blue.
6. Consequences of Breach
Violation of this Policy may result in immediate warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your access to Fork and its related databases. Fork may also report severe violations (such as fraud or illegal activity) to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
7. Disclaimer
Blue Fork Private Limited is under no obligation to monitor users' activities, and disclaims any responsibility for any user's misuse of the platform. If we become aware that any Contribution violates this Policy, we may remove it, block the account, and report such breach to the police or appropriate regulatory authority.
8. Applicability of Related Agreements
