Child Safety Standards
Last updated: July 21, 2026 | Effective Date: July 21, 2026
Blue Fork Private Limited ("Fork", "we", "us", or "our") maintains a strict, unyielding Zero Tolerance Policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), and any form of harm or endangerment directed at minors across all our platforms, mobile applications, and web services (https://fork.blue and https://app.fork.blue).
1. Scope and Commitment
Fork is committed to providing a safe, ethical, and secure environment for all creators, brands, and partners. We prohibit the creation, upload, solicitation, sharing, distribution, or storage of CSAM or CSAE in any form. This commitment applies to all user contributions, media files, profile attachments, messages, and platform interactions.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
Users of Fork are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Uploading, generating, publishing, or transmitting any images, videos, audio, text, or media depicting or facilitating child sexual exploitation or abuse.
- Attempting to solicit, contact, groom, or interact inappropriately with minors.
- Sharing links, hashes, or references to third-party sites hosting CSAM/CSAE materials.
- Using AI tools or text inputs on Fork to generate, request, or manipulate content related to minor exploitation.
3. Prevention, Detection, and Moderation
Fork employs a multi-layered defense system to identify, prevent, and remove illegal content:
- Automated & Manual Review: Media uploads and campaign attachments undergo screening using automated safety filters and human moderation.
- Immediate Removal: Any content flagged as potential CSAM or CSAE is immediately quarantined, removed from public view, and preserved for law enforcement reporting.
- Permanent Account Termination: Accounts involved in CSAM/CSAE violations are permanently banned without prior warning.
4. In-App & Email Reporting Mechanism
Fork provides accessible mechanisms for users, creators, and third parties to report child safety concerns:
- In-App Reporting: Users can flag any user profile, message, campaign asset, or document directly within the Fork mobile application by tapping the report action.
- Dedicated Compliance Point of Contact: Reports can be sent directly to our designated child safety point of contact at founder@fork.blue. All child safety reports are prioritized for immediate review.
5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement & NCMEC
Fork fully complies with international and regional child safety laws, including the U.S. 18 U.S.C. § 2258A requirements and India's Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and Information Technology Rules.
When CSAM or CSAE is detected, Fork preserves relevant technical data, account identifiers, and metadata, and immediately files reports with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, as well as relevant state, national, and international law enforcement agencies.
